I am a qualified ISO 9001 QMS & BRC v8 Lead Auditor, a Highfield Approved Trainer and I deliver STC courses too. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), as well as an IFST registered Food Safety Manager and Professional Food Auditor and Mentor. I hold a MSc in Agronomy – specialisation Food & Agribusiness Sciences and Techniques, from the French National Institute of Agronomy at Paris-Grignon (INA-PG, now called AgroParisTech).

I have worked in the food industry for 26 years
in technical, QA and food safety management roles in manufacturing,
distribution and retail, prior to establishing Food Industry Support Ltd in
2010.
I am a qualified Food Technologist, Chartered Scientist, Fellow
of IFST and RSPH and am a Registered Food Safety Manager and Professional Food
Auditor & Mentor. I hold qualifications in food science, HACCP, food
safety, auditing and training. My experience includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd party
auditing, specification writing, labelling advice, HACCP, certification support
and general food safety support. I have worked in several product areas over
the years including chilled foods, fresh produce, red meat, bakery and ice
cream, as well as working as a Technical Manager for a food storage and
distribution company.
I support many smaller businesses with their food safety
requirements and have helped clients achieve successful certification to BRC,
SALSA, second party and retailer standards, and would be pleased to assist with
