Finest Cake Co. is a bakery producing a wide range of cakes, tray bakes, and sweet bakery products, supplying customers across the UK.

Challenge 
Finest Cake Co. approached Q Technical Consultancy as they required interim, on-site technical support to help implement the BRCGS Food Standard within their factory.
