Package 1 Basic Workshop
This is usually 1 day of training which would include:
- Basic knowledge and capabilities of SafetyCulture
- Workshop creating your own templates together (2-3 documents of your choice) with the various functionality of the Software such as: notifications/reporting system, logic questions.
- Managing the actions arising from internal/external non-conformances and how to close them to comply with BRCGS.
Package 2 In-depth training and part implementation
The duration of this package will vary depending on the size of your business and the quantity of documents to implement. The package includes:
- Everything included in Basic Workshop.
- Creating and implementing a selection of your documents to comply with the BRCGS standard of your site.
- More in-depth training on the different functions.
- Scheduling module: how to assign to your staff various inspections based on their job roles and define frequencies.
- Assigning permissions for restricted access to non-authorised personnel.
- Using the Analytics module.
- Trials within the factory and follow ups.
- Training on site for your operatives on how to use the software (optional).
- How to present the documents during an audit.
Package 3 Full implementation
The duration of this package will vary depending on the size of your business and the quantity of documents to implement. The package includes:
- Everything included in In-depth training and part implementation.
- Implementing the majority/all of your documentation on Iauditor (this depends on the quantity of your documents)
- Follow up on the trials and functionality.
